Buy for the price of renting!

One thing I’ve noticed lately is the availablity of affordable priced homes and condos combined with interest rates below 4%! So once again, just like we had up till the late 80’s, early 90’s it’s once again possible to find a place you can own, and in many cases pay no more than what you’d pay to rent. A good way to get on board for some good tax advantages, plus the sure long term appreciation that will follow in the years to come!
